GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Preamble
The following General Conditions of Sale regulate the offer and sale of products on the website www.tenuteleano.com, between AZIENDA AGRICOLA TENUTE LEANO, VAT number - and the final consumer.
2. General information
As a result of orders placed by the customer and regularly received and accepted by the company with this contract the company Tenute Leano transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of these goods to the customer and the latter pays or undertakes to pay the price.

The products to be purchased are presented on the website. "Tenute Leano" serves the final consumer, who receives the products on sale. Subjects with a VAT number who wish to have an invoice must make a request indicating all the data at the moment of the order.
The activity of electronic commerce is aimed exclusively at adult end users. To proceed therefore to the purchase it is necessary to declare to be of age.
3. How to order - contract of sale
The order can be made through the website Shop online or by telephone order.
In particular, in the case of using the channel represented by the Internet site, the customer selects the products or offers that are automatically placed in the cart. To confirm his purchases the customer accesses the cart session by clicking the "cart" button and fills out the order form which appears on the screen and whose content (products or errors) can be modified by the customer at any time before the conclusion of the order. Together with the content of the cart the customer will visualize the relative amount to be paid which will be automatically updated if the customer changes the selected products or quantities.
By clicking on the relative button the customer will continue and fill in the form with the necessary information for invoicing (if required), payment and delivery.
Before the final confirmation the cart will be proposed again with the relative amount to pay.
The contract of sale will be considered finalized only when the customer has accepted the conditions of sale provided by the contract by clicking on the "MAKE ORDER" button.
4. Description of products, features and prices
The products are presented and described on the site, in specific online offers and sales emails that may contain specific links.
The prices of the goods presented are expressed in euros and include VAT.
5. Shipping costs
A shipping fee is required and the amount varies depending on the number of bottles, weight or destination of the goods. The amount of shipping costs is always indicated and visible at the time of purchase.
The shipping costs and any other additional cost, including VAT and expressed in Euro (€), will be expressly and separately indicated in the order form before the User proceeds to send it, as well as in the e-mail of acceptance of the order by "Tenute Leano".
6. Methods of payment
Are accepted: CartaSì credit card, MasterCard, Visa, bank transfer in advance, PayPal.
7. Terms of delivery and responsibility
The flow of orders is handled with care and takes time. "Tenute Leano" undertakes to deliver the goods ordered for deliveries in Italy within 5 (five) working days and 10 (ten) working days for deliveries outside Italy for orders placed with electronic payment (Credit Card, Paypal).
The delivery is intended to be executed when the ordered goods come into the possession of the customer or the person who has delegated the withdrawal. If these terms cannot be met (e.g.: products not in stock), "Tenute Leano" undertakes to notify the customer through the mode that allows the most timely to warn him and indicate when the goods can be delivered.
8. Damaged goods at the time of delivery
If damaged, broken or stained parcels are delivered by the courier, the customer is required to reject the shipment, expressly indicating the reason on the courier's delivery form.
9. Returns and replacement of defective goods
In the event that the customer finds a defect in the product or products delivered to him, the customer must promptly notify the email address info@tenuteleano.com, reporting the problem found and specifying name and surname, order number, detailed description of the defect found, attaching photographs to accompany, as well as make available to "Tenute Leano" the product deemed defective.
"Tenute Leano" will verify the defects complained of by the customer that, if found, will give the right to replacement of the product or products, after notification to the e-mail address of the customer.
"Tenute Leano" will replace the defective product or products at its own expense and bear the costs of the return.
10. Right of withdrawal
Art. 52, d. lgs 21/2014 allows the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal (i.e. the right to return the goods, for whatever reason and without giving reasons and without any charge to him) after n. 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of goods. Therefore, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within n. 14 (fourteen) days from the entry into possession of the goods ordered, simply by giving notice to "Tenute Leano". 11. Competent Forum
For any civil controversy between "Tenute Leano" and the Client dependent on the normative interpretation and the conditions here presented, the competence is that of the Court of Enna.
12. Closing rules
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by legislative decree 6 September 2005 no. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and legislative decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on electronic commerce, where applicable.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically modified according to the development of the market, as well as in compliance with any updates and changes in legislation. Any updates and changes will be regularly published on the Site and "Tenute Leano" invites the customer to periodically check such updates and changes.
