The menu of the farm Leano accompanies the seasonality of the products of the territory, thus ensuring the freshness and taste of each ingredient. On the table of our agriresort we serve the ancient recipes, although revisited, but handed down from mother to son.
At the basis of our every choice are the wise and attentive gestures of the generation that raised us.
In the morning the Italian and international breakfast pamper the awakening of guests. Rich and abundant with coffee, croissants, cakes and biscuits, and there are also cheeses, frittatas and delicious jams prepared by the chef.
Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant of the Agriresort Leano offers the possibility to enjoy the menus both inside and outside the restaurant. Every proposal of our menu is typical of the territory, revisited and enhanced with taste, using always a fresh product and first choice.
Organic flour is ground to stone to preserve as much as possible the properties and benefits of the grain, is used sourdough, as tradition and is preferred a long leavening, 48 hours, to obtain a very digestible and fragrant pizza and a bread with a sincere scent.
Last, but not least, is the cooking that takes place strictly in our wood-burning oven.
Most of our ingredients are 0 km, such as olive oil, organic durum wheat flour, fresh eggs from our hens, vegetables from the garden and game. Exquisite appetizers, varied first courses, local meat dishes, a crumbly pizza as well as delicious desserts for the end of the meal.
The menu changes periodically based on the seasonality of the raw materials.
